What are the AKO Master’s Scholarships?

The AKO Master’s Scholarships are designed to support students from South Asia, Africa or Latin America who are studying a one-year taught master’s programme at LSE. There are ten scholarships available in the 2024/25 academic year:

  • Two scholarships covering the full tuition fees and providing a maintenance stipend.
  • Eight scholarships covering the full tuition fees only.

The scholarships are open to students who reside in or are citizens of South Asia, Africa or Latin America, and who demonstrate financial need, academic excellence, and societal impact potential.
