Eligibility Criteria

Application Process

To apply for the MUTA Education Scholarship 2024, you must:

  • Write a 2-page, double-spaced personal statement explaining why you are deserving of this award. You should highlight your academic achievements, career goals, extracurricular activities, and community involvement.

Selection Process

The MUTA Education Scholarship Committee will review all eligible applications and select the recipients based on the following criteria:

  • CGPA (60%)
  • Quality and strength of the personal statement (40%)

The Committee will verify the information provided by the applicants and exclude any applicants who are found to have falsified information. The Committee will notify the award winners by email and announce them on Radio Benue and the MUTA Education website by June 5, 2024. The awards will be presented at an award ceremony in July or August 2024. The exact date will be announced later.
